Having been knocked out by a hurricane once before, rebuilding is nothing too unfamiliar to us, but the specific nature of this effort is one we haven’t seen previously in our lifetimes.

In the mean time, as we build our new location up from the ground, we’ll share what we learn with you. We’ll include changes to the menu, the actual process of renovating a new shop, and ask for feedback from you as we design our new brand, paper menus, and dining layout.
